Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the sale of memberships and promotional offers; effectively qualify leads and assess client needs.
- Oversee general studio operations and management during assigned shifts.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, focusing on customer interaction and hospitality.
- Proactively manage sales leads at different stages of the sales funnel, including client communication via text and email, as well as class bookings.
- Ensure accurate check-in for class participants; comply with company policies regarding cancellations, waitlists, and partnerships.
- Educate first-time visitors about class offerings and participation prerequisites.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions and campaigns; effectively communicate features and benefits to enhance member knowledge.
- Execute daily operational tasks, including answering phones, managing voicemails, greeting guests, processing member enrollments, handling laundry, managing locker issues, maintaining a tidy reception area, restocking supplies, overseeing inventory levels, processing payments, handling waivers, and capturing member photos.
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work a minimum of 4-5 shifts per week.
- Enthusiasm for the role while maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, special events, early mornings, late evenings, and holidays as required.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a history of effective complaint resolution.
- Preferred but not mandatory: CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from recognized organizations.
- A background check will be conducted for all final candidates upon receipt of the signed offer letter and release form.
