  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
  • Client Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver solutions that exceed their requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance on technical skills and project management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transportation designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals and permits for transportation projects.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: Manage project budgets and schedules effectively, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation design, with a focus on roadway and infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
