As an Energy Solutions Analyst, you will engage in comprehensive engineering evaluations to identify and recommend strategies for enhancing energy resilience in client operations. Your role will leverage advanced consulting capabilities, deep technical acumen, and industry insights to craft innovative solutions for multifaceted challenges. You will work autonomously while also mentoring and overseeing team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation and data analysis.
- At least 2 years of experience collaborating with defense-related entities.
- Proven track record in assessing and improving research, development, testing, and evaluation initiatives pertaining to operational energy.
- Familiarity with the comprehensive range of energy programs within the Department of Defense.
- Ability to provide engineering and technical expertise on emerging energy technologies and concepts, including design, propulsion, energy storage, and alternative fuels.
- Demonstrated capability to assess the operational energy benefits of initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption, bolstering supply chain resilience, and increasing awareness of energy practices across the enterprise.
- Experience in evaluating funding proposals and contributing to the preparation and review of reports and testimonies for legislative purposes regarding advancements in operational energy.
- Strong writing skills, with proficiency in quantitative methodologies, facilitating effective working groups for inter-departmental coordination, and delivering timely support for operational energy initiatives and leadership.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
Candidates selected for this position will be subject to a security clearance process and must fulfill the criteria for access to classified information.

Compensation at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined based on various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience level, as well as contract-specific criteria. The salary range for this position is estimated between $84,600.00 and $193,000.00 annually, serving as a general guide and part of the comprehensive compensation package offered by Booz Allen Hamilton.
