  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change.
  • Store Maintenance: Stock shelves with products, receive and store incoming goods, monitor inventory levels, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering new stock when necessary.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Cash Handling Skills: Knowledge of cash handling, including counting and balancing a register.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25lbs, and perform basic math calculations.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
