About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program at Piedmont Augusta Hospital. As a new graduate nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients from birth through the lifecycle
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing processes
  • Function within the framework of the organization's policies and procedures
  • Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities
Requirements
  • Graduate of a nursing program
  • New graduates of a nursing program eligible
  • Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS certification required
