Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-time Enrollment Associate to join our team in Albuquerque. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that volunteers and families are appropriately assessed, enrolled, and matching recommendations are made while executing a high degree of independent judgment when utilizing BBBS standards and practices.

As a key member of our enrollment team, you will work closely with the enrollment team and independently to conduct interviews and write assessments for adults who would like to become volunteer mentors for children, and for children/families who would like to be a part of the program.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
