Overview:

This role is pivotal within AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, focusing on the strategic oversight of our mortgage product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a dedicated team of Product Managers, fostering both leadership and hands-on engagement in the management and execution of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage products. Collaborate with various departments including Capital Markets, Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Quality Control, and Servicing to ensure seamless product integration. Conduct daily surveillance and analysis of Agency announcements and guideline modifications. Perform market and competitor assessments of both Agency and Non-Agency product lines. Oversee project management for product modifications, working closely with business lines and subject matter experts to evaluate business impacts, necessary controls, process adjustments, training requirements, and documentation. Partner with the Communications team to produce clear and comprehensive Product Announcements, Program Guides, Seller Guides, and Product Resources. Manage and enhance Credit Administration procedures and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required. A minimum of ten years of experience in mortgage banking. Extensive knowledge of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage lending products. Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects and teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position typically falls between $169,000 and $199,305. Compensation is influenced by specific job location and may include eligibility for annual bonuses and incentives.
