Position Overview
The Clinical Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the clinical and operational functions of a diverse team. This individual is tasked with ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, providing mentorship and support to team members, and managing the fiscal health of the program.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Engagement
  • Formulates initial assessments and treatment strategies for all clients entering the program, delegating Direct Care staff accordingly.
  • Continuously evaluates client progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintains a primary caseload, serving as the main Clinician for assigned clients.
Team Leadership
  • Directly oversees team members, including:
  • Assisting in the recruitment of new staff as required.
  • Providing training and support for staff in assessment and care plan development.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Organizing and distributing tasks among team members.
  • Keeping staff updated on relevant policies and procedures.
  • Implementing established organizational policies.
  • Ensuring 24/7 crisis intervention support is available for program participants.
  • Guiding staff in essential functions such as:
  • Connecting clients with external services.
  • Monitoring service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Resolving issues as they arise.
  • Building informal support networks.
  • Providing rehabilitation skills training.
  • Facilitating Peer Support Services.
  • Regularly reviewing caseloads with individual team members and the team as a whole.
Administrative Duties
  • Oversees the maintenance of medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develops an effective scheduling system for program staff to meet operational needs.
Financial Oversight
  • Collaborates with the Financial Manager to ensure the program's financial sustainability through cost management and revenue generation.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of direct care experience with adults in Mental Health, Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, Substance Abuse, or similar fields, including two years in community-based treatment.
  • Clinical licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LISW, RN, or MD.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Physical Requirements
  • Medium lifting: the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
