As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Your responsibilities will include monitoring residents, administering medication and treatments, and documenting resident care services. You will also be responsible for protecting residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Additionally, you will resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies and maintain resident confidence by keeping information confidential. Requirements for this role include working well in a team environment, current State Registered Nurse RN License, long-term care experience preferred, solid computer skills, and excellent communication skills.
