Job Summary

Washington Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Care: Administer medication, treatments, and provide advice and support to residents and their families.
  • Monitor Resident Health: Monitor residents' health and well-being, and document care services in resident and department records.
  • Protect Residents and Staff: Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols to protect residents and staff from harm.
  • Resolve Resident Problems: Utilize multidisciplinary team strategies to resolve resident problems and needs.
  • Assure Quality of Care: Adhere to facility philosophies and standards of care to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain resident confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Teamwork: Work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • License and Certification: Possess a current State Registered Nurse (RN) license and any required certifications.
  • Experience: Preferably have long-term care experience and a strong understanding of patient care principles.
  • Computer Skills: Possess solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
