Data Center Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Strategy Manager to join our team at Meta. As a key member of our Strategic Planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure strategies that drive efficiency and scalability in our data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale data center planning initiatives that align with Meta's business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data center projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Optimize data center infrastructure to reduce costs, improve reliability, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project evaluation plans to drive data center plan evolution and closure.
  • Communicate data center planning decisions to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise messaging.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or hardware with a background in strategy, capacity planning, supply chain optimization, or technology strategy consulting.
  • Proven ability to distill diverse data points into actionable insights and recommendations for executive communication and decision-making.
  • Business acumen and intuition, with experience in forming and refining hypotheses into actionable analysis and recommendations.
  • Analytical and quantitative experience in engaging with analysts, data science, and engineering partners to frame and interpret sophisticated analyses.
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or MBA.
  • 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or hardware with a background in strategy, capacity planning, supply chain optimization.

Compensation:

$195,000/year to $264,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
