About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Commercial function at Sylvera. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our large Enterprise customers in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the commercial team to develop and execute a customer success strategy that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Own and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their continued success with our platform.
- Act as a product ambassador, promoting the adoption and regular usage of Sylvera's products and services among our Enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience working with large Enterprises in a commercial role, preferably in a data-focussed SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
