Job Summary

The Director of International Marketing and Relations is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with targeted gaming and non-gaming resort patrons to generate incremental revenues and encourage repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of the guest's visit, including booking spa, dining, in-room dining amenities, ground transportation, cabanas, hotel rooms, establishing casino credit, and overseeing folio check-out, for Far East guests.
  • Cultivate and identify patrons with incremental spend throughout the resort.
  • Interact with players in person on property, as well as via written correspondence, to provide information to team and property leadership related to guest feedback, suggestions, concerns, or issues.
  • Adhere to Resorts World Las Vegas policies and procedures, as well as Title 31 compliance requirements.
  • Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong existing following of mass premium and high-end patrons.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
  • Resort Marketing or premium customer hosting experience.
