The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for nurses, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nurse orientation and competency evaluation programs
  • Provide education on new drug therapies, supplies, and equipment
  • Conduct annual competency skill evaluations and provide feedback to nurses
  • Collaborate with nurse managers to develop educational plans
  • Provide Basic Life Support education to Palmetto Infusion staff
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state(s) of practice
  • CRNI certification within 3 years of job acceptance
  • BLS Instructor Certification
  • 3 years of experience in home and/or clinic infusion settings and/or nurse educator experience
