Job Summary:

The Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN plays a vital role in the Heart & Vascular management team, overseeing the coordination of education and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in patient care services. This role requires a strong understanding of the organization's needs and a commitment to supporting the mission, values, and management of patient care services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the supervision and coordination of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in patient care services.
• Collaborate with the Heart & Vascular management team to develop and implement education programs for nursing personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing personnel to ensure they meet the organization's standards and competencies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care services.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a nursing-related area.
• 1 year of experience in education, teaching, and facilitation of learning.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Registered nurse licensure.
• National certification in nursing within 1 year of hire.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, day shift.

Weekend Requirements:

No weekends.

Call Requirements:

None.
