Position Information:
The Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN plays a key role in the supervision, education, and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services on an assigned shift. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's needs and a commitment to supporting the mission, values, and management of patient care services.

Requirements:
2 Years of experience in a nursing-related area is required, as well as 1 Year of experience in education, teaching, and facilitation of learning. Leadership experience is preferred.
Education Required:
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
A Registered Nurse license is required, and National Certification in Nursing is required within 1 Year of Hire.

Evenings/Nights
Weekend Requirements:
As Needed
Call Requirements:
As needed
