Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Clerk to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Human Resource Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll documentation, including researching, verifying, and filing daily time reports, time and pay adjustments, and payroll edits.
  • Assist with human resource functions, including preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and processing reports, documents, and logs to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Respond to issues and questions related to payroll, benefits, and employment.
  • Provide administrative support, including performing general clerical duties, entering data in multiple systems, scheduling appointments, and maintaining logs.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze reports and other paperwork, including processing human resources (HR) reports and documents.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities, or 1 year's experience in clerical related responsibilities using computer applications, or 1 year's coursework in Human Resource related field and 1 year's experience in computer applications, or 1 year's experience in human resource activities and 1 year's experience in computer applications.
  • Experience with computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
