Security Guard Job Description

At MSCCN, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' assets and ensuring the safety of their employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Pass a background investigation and drug screen, as required by law.
