Behavioral Specialist for Children with Autism

Cross River Therapy is a leading provider of ABA Services in North Carolina. We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. In addition, we offer generous bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
About the RoleAs a Registered Behavior Technician at Cross River Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions
- Running skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis
- Maintaining client program books and weekly progress reports
- Working collaboratively with BCBA's and/or BCBAT's to implement treatment plans
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs (preferred)
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Be registered as a Behavior Technician (preferred)
