We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and provide protective foster care and supportive services for abused or neglected children.

About this role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a subordinate support staff, communicating prioritization of activities and project deadlines, reviewing and monitoring work performed, interpreting policies, procedures, or precedents, and providing supervisory or management staff with project updates on a regular and recurring basis.

This role also involves reviewing and monitoring case records and reports to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with state and federal laws and agency policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPERVISION: Supervise a subordinate support staff by communicating prioritization of activities and project deadlines, reviewing and monitoring the work performed, interpreting policies, procedures, or precedents, and providing supervisory or management staff with project updates on a regular and recurring basis.
  • CASE REVIEW: Review and monitor case records and reports to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with state and federal laws and agency policy.
  • MULTI-AGENCY COORDINATION: Coordinate services with other agencies when assisting multi-problem clients.
  • PUBLIC SPEAKING: Present informational programs on agency activities and services to local civic organizations and schools.

Salary Range: $45,010 - $71,792 per year

Location: Harrison, AR

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 4+ years of experience in child welfare or human services

Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field

Licenses/Certifications: None
