Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to our food and beverage team, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
  • Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
