Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support food and beverage operations by replenishing supplies, managing menu items, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Meet quality standards by adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
