Role Description

The Customer Service Associate role at Royal Farms involves supporting store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This individual will work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth store operations and maintain a positive customer experience.

Key Tasks
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Operate the cash register, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to address customer concerns, vendor issues, and product damages.
  • Develop skills in using Customer Self-Service machines to enhance customer checkout experience.
Requirements and Compensation
  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Earned a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Utilize basic math skills and computer proficiency.
  • Exhibit acceptance of authority and ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
