About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW to join our team at Senior Care Therapy. As a Geriatric Psychotherapy Specialist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered services to seniors in our care. Your expertise will help our residents navigate the challenges of aging and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group sessions to address anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
  • Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions to monitor patient progress.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans using our electronic medical/health system.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices in geriatric care.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work or a related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW in good standing.
  • Experience working with geriatric populations and treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
