Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interdisciplinary teams to facilitate the introduction of new products, from intricate gas and liquid delivery systems to comprehensive process modules.
  • Engage directly with clients to oversee product development, transition phases, and integration processes.
  • Act as the primary communication liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess new business prospects concerning site selection, initial pricing, and preliminary discussions with clients.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budget adherence.

Educational Background:

  • An MBA is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience in the semiconductor capital equipment sector or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of managing successful long-term projects at the program or project manager level.
  • Experience with contract manufacturing is preferred.

Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and engage in phone and computer use.

Environmental Considerations:
