**About the Role**

The Financial Management Analyst serves as a key member of the Administrative Services and Strategic Executive Team (ASSET), supporting various campus units, including the Office of the Chancellor, the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor, and Facilities Services. This role is responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting, budget planning, and human resources support to these units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis and reporting, including budgetary and financial reconciliations
  • Develop and prepare reports, including data analysis and recommendations
  • Support the Capital Programs Management System (CPMS) Dispatcher, routing requests to stakeholders for approval and facilitating project close-out processes
  • Provide ongoing reporting and support to various campus stakeholders

Requirements

  • Current work authorization
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
