Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the fast-paced collections, ensuring timely resolution of past-due accounts.
  • Maintain acceptable aging levels, working closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
  • Manage collection notes on an advanced level, developing written procedures and contacts to support the collection process.
  • Work with differing teams and team members to resolve invoice disputes, determining the frequency and type of collection activity to be initiated against past-due customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years Business to Business collections experience required.
  • Experience in handling high dollar portfolios and highly visible transactions.
  • Ability to exercise tact and discretion when handling confidential information.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of software systems, including Sales Force, Excel, Service Now, Axapta, WinSoft Great Plains, Word, and Email.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop strong partnerships with internal and external customers by understanding and responding to customer needs and requirements for billing and payment execution.
