Job Summary

The Cisco Smartnet Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving retention and growth of SHI's Cisco Smartnet business within a given region. This role requires a strong understanding of Cisco products and services, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer experience through regular meetings and product reviews
  • Execute against key performance indicators, including customer retention and growth of customers' business
  • Build and maintain top-level customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with SHI sales teams to ensure they are reviewing Cisco roadmaps with stakeholders
  • Partner with the Cisco organization to co-sell effectively across a targeted list of customers
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in a position working with Cisco Smartnet and proficiency in creating quotes within Cisco's Commerce Workspace for Renewals (CCW-R) portal
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment
  • Linear, logical thinking style with ability to break down and solve difficult problems
