Premier Global Links is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and analyze lung capacity and blood samples using a blood gas analyzer.
  • Deliver and assess response to ordered therapy per plan of care.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Evaluate respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices.
  • Respond to codes and calls for emergent assistance, assessing patient condition and delivering appropriate treatment.
  • Educate patients and families about their illness and provide information about community support groups and other resources.
  • Monitor, receive, stock, and distribute respiratory care supplies and medical gas cylinders.
  • Maintain storage areas with required supply levels and equipment.
  • Disassemble, clean, and sterilize equipment, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration of machines.

Requirements:

  • Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care License Required.
  • Graduate of a CRT or RRT Program Preferred.
  • Bachelors degree Preferred.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP).
