At Syneos Health, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our field medical team as a Research Science Liaison. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with thought leaders and clinical trial sites to support the enrollment and conduct of our client's clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Principal Investigators, Study Coordinators, and clinical trial sites to drive study success.
  • Collaborate with our client's Clinical Development and Clinical Operations leads to understand and implement study protocols effectively.
  • Develop and implement effective local and regional subject recruitment strategies, suggesting local outreach options and facilitating escalation of investigator questions/concerns.
  • Follow up with sites post-SIV to ensure patient enrollment runs smoothly, identifying challenges, issues, and barriers and reporting back to our client.
  • Deliver medical/scientific education to trial sites and provide input to key internal stakeholders on training materials for clinical trials, therapeutic areas, and disease states.
  • Communicate investigator/study coordinator inquiries requiring follow-up to designated contacts and collaborate with clinical teams prior to providing approved responses.
Requirements:
  • Advanced science degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent) required.
  • Experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, or investigational site management.
  • Ability to travel and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of autoimmune disorder clinical trial/research design, conduct, and understanding of clinical study results.
