About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant - Manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and assurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous 401(k) plan, profit-sharing, and paid parental leave.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships, performing financial statement reviews, and mentoring junior staff members. As a Senior Accountant - Manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
What You'll Do- Manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Perform quality control checks on financial statements and other deliverables
- Mentor and train junior staff members on best practices and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
