Regional Risk Management Professional

JCW has partnered with a regional insurance carrier in hiring a Loss Control Consultant to service their western Idaho territory. As a field-based position, it requires weekly travel within the state of Washington and Oregon, with no in-office requirements.
About the Role:
- Evaluate insureds' policies and procedures to identify and mitigate loss exposures, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimizing potential risks.
- Analyze loss reports prior to site visits to identify loss causes and conditions, informing informed decision-making and driving business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date records of site visitations, creating comprehensive reports for underwriting to assess coverage needs and inform strategic business decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry changes through periodicals and trade journals, compiling relevant information for service improvements or presentations to insureds, driving innovation and excellence in risk management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Insurance or Safety, backed by a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven organizational and computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications.
