Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our excavation sales efforts and provide estimates for plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scope, estimating, sales, and teaching. They will be responsible for coaching and training new team members, as well as working closely with our excavation crew to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates for plumbing projects
  • Lead our excavation sales efforts and develop new business opportunities
  • Coach and train new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Work closely with our excavation crew to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 1+ years of experience in project scope, estimating, sales, and teaching
  • Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to plan scope of work and propose proper estimates
  • Ability to take lead on all excavation sales efforts
  • Team player attitude
