As a CAE Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing CAE models, correlating them with physical tests, and leading component and system level design. You will also interact with GES engineers in India to ensure correct seat development and CAE requirements are met properly in multiple programs. Additionally, you will report creation and presentation of results to stakeholders and develop knowledge in new CAE related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform SEATS CAE (static, quasi-static, dynamic, non-linear with contact, implicit and explicit studies, etc...).
* Develop and analyze CAE models and correlate them with physical tests.
* Lead component and system level design, proposing feasible solutions, conducting optimizations, and performing robustness analysis.
* Interact with GES engineers in India to ensure correct seat development and CAE requirements are met properly in multiple programs.
* Report creation and presentation of results to stakeholders.
* Develop knowledge in new CAE related technologies.

Requirements:

* + years of experience in automotive CAE analyses.
* Strong knowledge of LSDYNA and CAE tools.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and lead CAE teams.
* Experience with OEM onsite support and product development.
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes and test/CAE correlation.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with NASTRAN optimization and finite element method.
* Knowledge of office suite and programming skills.
* Efficiency and quick/self-learner.

Education:

* BSME degree.
* MS degree preferred.
