Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus an extended pay bonus for Saturday work. Additionally, benefits include relocation assistance, great health insurance, and retirement plans.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of production and facility equipment. This role requires experience in mechanical, electrical, and PLC programming, as well as knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and high-volume pork processing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance teams to ensure efficient operation of production and facility equipment.
  • Maintain records and data to ensure compliance with GMPs and FSMA requirements.
  • Manage maintenance and capital budgets to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance.
  • Train and coach employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing and facility maintenance leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and experience with high-volume pork processing.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop training programs.
