Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kentwood, MI. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the operations team, processing forms and payments for product certification.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Create various documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office software.
  • Assist with data analysis as required.
  • Perform general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.
  • Research information requests.
  • Set up conference rooms for visitors and in-house meetings.
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies.


**Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior administrative experience in an office setting preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
