Job Description:

Job Title: Deskside Support Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Technician to provide top-notch technical support to our business lines and departments. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining end-user hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desk-side support to various business lines and departments
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain end-user hardware and software
  • Procure, inventory, and allocate hardware and software as needed
  • Coordinate with other service teams for incident resolution and request provisioning
  • Perform 2nd and 3rd line desktop support
  • Provide outstanding customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Windows OS experience, especially with Windows 10
  • Fault analysis for Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • 2nd line fault analysis and experience with Outlook/Exchange Online
  • Mobile device support
  • Experience with VPN and remote connection tools, including broadband technologies
  • Active Directory user account administration experience

Requirements:

  • 2nd and 3rd line desktop support experience
  • Outstanding customer service and presentation skills
