Master Halco, a leading manufacturer and distributor of fencing and perimeter security products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join its team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with fence contractors and retailers to provide excellent customer service and sell fence products. As a key member of the sales team, you will work together to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Discovery conversations with existing customers and prospective customers to identify products and services that Master Halco can provide to grow their business.
  • Calls current customers, by phone, to generate orders for delivery on scheduled delivery routes and to inform customers of specials and sales promotions.
  • Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
  • Collects market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations, etc. and informs Branch Manager.
  • Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
  • Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support.
  • Prepares job order quotations based on customer requests and information.
  • Communicate by phone or email with customers from the time of order to the time of shipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS applications.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in building products or DIY.
