Inside Sales Role at Master Halco

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team at Master Halco, North America's leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of perimeter security and fencing. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced work environment and excellent customer service skills.


About the Job:
  • As an Inside Sales Associate, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with our customers.
  • You will be responsible for generating orders, processing quotes, and communicating with customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage in discovery conversations with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Collaborate with outside sales representatives to expand our product offerings and customer base.
  3. Gather market intelligence from customers to inform our sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Process inbound phone calls and emails from customers to provide timely quotes and orders.
  5. Provide ongoing support to clients after sales to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS applications.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in building products or DIY.
