Prepare and submit necessary safety documentation for projects.

Manage project-related documentation and ensure all materials are up-to-date, accurately filed, and securely stored.

Collaborate closely with the Project Team, Manufacturers, and Vendors to meet Customer expectations within the designated timeline.

Participate in the review of technical specifications related to project scope.

Continuously enhance project tracking methods and reporting.

Assist in the preparation of progress payment claims and variations as needed.

Provide operational and maintenance training to clients.

Qualifications:
ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in project management.

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A collaborative team player.

Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.

Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Capable of performing hands-on physical tasks.

Willingness to work extended or irregular hours as necessary.

Open to travel when required.

Driven and motivated individual.
