Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse IT Technician to join our team at Hunter Wave LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing IT equipment within our warehouse, as well as providing field support to our clients in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate records and availability of equipment.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to vending, POS, and coin-operated machines.
  • Provide field support to clients, including installation, configuration, and repair of IT equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for IT operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT inventory management.
  • Strong technical skills in IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Complete installations and provide support at client locations in the Greater Philadelphia area.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Experience:

  • Computer Hardware Repair: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Software troubleshooting: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Technical support: 2 years (Required).
  • Field Tech: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Inventory management: 2 years (Required).
  • Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred).

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required).

Willingness to Travel:

  • 100% (Preferred).
