Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify their business requirements.
2. Analyze and document current capabilities related to business processes, resource utilization, and technology.

Ad-hoc Analysis:
Perform analyses to support business inquiries and resolve issues while adhering to company processes and controls to ensure compliance with risk, security, and technical standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, Payroll/HRIS, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Demonstrated experience in complex project management and IT analysis.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting information effectively to various audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to engage with both technical and non-technical personnel.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and comply with safety footwear and protective eyewear requirements.
