Job Description: The PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst will be part of a dedicated CAPPS HCM upgrade project team. This role involves analyzing and documenting system requirements, conducting review meetings with subject matter experts, and performing hands-on testing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting requirement analysis and review meetings with SMEs
  • Documenting complex system requirements
  • Performing hands-on testing and supporting multiple test cycles

This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor
  • Hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing
