Texas IT Project Manager

About the Job:
We are seeking an accomplished Texas IT Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, you will be responsible for defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Your expertise will enable us to navigate complex technical landscapes, manage stakeholder expectations, and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, define project scope, and establish project schedules
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and progress reporting
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to optimize project ROI
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth project transitions and minimize disruptions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote or hybrid work setting
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects with complex technical requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- PMP certification or equivalent
