Core Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries and deliver technical assistance for the company's offerings through various communication channels
• Analyze and troubleshoot intricate technical challenges associated with the company's products independently
• Refer complex client issues to the relevant team for resolution when necessary
• Work in conjunction with product development and engineering teams to pinpoint and prioritize product enhancements based on client feedback and performance metrics
• Offer technical mentorship and training to junior support staff and internal teams as required
• Create and maintain technical documentation and a knowledge repository for the company's offerings
• Keep abreast of new product launches and updates, along with industry trends and advancements
• Represent the organization in technical discussions and presentations with clients and industry professionals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3-6 years of experience in technical support or a similar field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• 3-6 years of experience in Measurement and Visual Inspection
• 3-6 years of experience in collecting and analyzing non-conformance data to generate trend reports and charts
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with mechanical and technical principles
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical schematics and drawings
• Flexibility to work varied hours as necessary
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
