  • Develop and implement recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our commitment to genuine hospitality and authentic guest relations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and purchasing to optimize kitchen efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality of ingredients and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, menu planning, and culinary techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings and kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of kitchen management experience in a systems-based, full-service, high-volume, scratch kitchen restaurant setting.
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing, as well as food and labor cost management.
  • Experience with high-volume expediting and butchery.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends and late nights.
