Job Title: Associate Director of Learning Solutions

Join the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business as an Associate Director of Learning Solutions, responsible for program development and delivery of executive education programs. As a key member of the Office of Executive Programs, you will work closely with faculty, clients, and stakeholders to design, implement, and manage programs that meet the current and anticipated needs of the business community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program design, implementation, and management to meet client learning and talent development objectives.
  • Recruit, assign, and engage faculty in the preparation and delivery of programs and talent development services.
  • Develop a pool of instructors to ensure instructional coverage of scheduled programs and to cover unscheduled added program opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments with prospective and current clients to deepen relationships and identify skills gaps and learning needs.
  • Contribute to high-standard proposals and statements of work to secure custom program engagements and manage the execution of agreements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing and conducting small and large group presentations.
  • Solid working knowledge of businesses and industry sectors, particularly within the metro Atlanta market region and neighboring counties.
  • Management and leadership competencies in achieving set goals and objectives.
  • High level of motivation to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong appreciation of higher education academia and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty in support of shared goals and the college.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial orientation in managing assigned business unit operations.
  • Proven ability to leverage Salesforce CRM.
  • Strategic and tactical planning and execution.
