Accounts Payable Clerk Job Overview

The Accounts Payable Clerk will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording all incoming payments into the financial management systems
  • Investigating payments that are overdue by more than thirty days and addressing any discrepancies
  • Generating summaries of accounts receivable
