Team Overview
Are you a strategic marketer with expertise in B2B initiatives? Moss Adams presents a distinctive opportunity for a Consulting Marketing Senior Manager. In this capacity, you will spearhead the marketing strategy for our Risk Advisory & Compliance and Deal Advisory Services group, providing both strategic and operational leadership to enhance our market presence.
As the Consulting Marketing Senior Manager, your influence will be significant, collaborating closely with practice leadership to define and optimize marketing strategies that align with business goals. You will engage with client-facing teams and sales personnel to pinpoint market opportunities, construct comprehensive go-to-market strategies, implement plans, and assess performance. Your in-depth knowledge of solutions, services, industry trends, and client-server dynamics will enable you to articulate compelling value propositions.
You will be instrumental in designing and executing integrated marketing programs and demand generation campaigns, continuously identifying innovative marketing activities to stimulate growth. Close collaboration with Creative, Legal, Sales, and Learning & Development teams will be essential to achieve outstanding results, fostering a sense of teamwork and shared success.
We are looking for candidates with robust analytical skills and a proven history of developing and executing B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Familiarity with the professional services sector, SEC, PCAOB, M&A, and enterprise companies is highly desirable. Experience in marketing IT compliance and cybersecurity is an added advantage. The ability to work collaboratively across various teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies across designated practices, ensuring alignment with practice growth objectives and the firm's overall marketing and branding strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to implement integrated marketing strategies through diverse channels, including content marketing, advertising, digital marketing, media relations, collateral, and events/sponsorships.
- Oversee marketing planning and budgeting processes across practices, reporting performance against strategic goals and financial plans.
- Mentor and manage other marketing personnel, fostering an effective team culture and addressing training needs.
- Analyze marketing outcomes for assigned practices and drive enhancements to increase effectiveness.
- Facilitate the sharing and implementation of best practices across assigned practices and functions.
- Provide leadership within the sales and marketing department, directing initiatives and collaborating with other functional leaders to guide operations and strategic approaches.
- Direct the execution of client experience, communication, and other growth initiatives in coordination with national marketing and sales resources.
- Act as a brand ambassador, helping others articulate the firm's brand position effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; a focus in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with increasing marketing responsibilities, including leadership and/or management roles; experience in public accounting or a professional services environment is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
- Ability to work effectively across functions, building trusted relationships and positively influencing others.
- Capacity to assess challenges, think critically, and devise creative solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage project schedules and coordinate with peers and senior individuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering executive-level presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint); experience with CRM systems, BI reporting, and email marketing tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 20%.
