Early Childhood Education Specialist

Acelero Learning is seeking a dedicated and socially conscious individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Specialist. This role is responsible for working collaboratively with the Teacher to ensure the successful operation of a classroom of children following the Head Start/Early Head Start operating day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans and implements learning experiences that advance the intellectual and physical development of children.
  • Establishes and maintains a safe, healthy learning environment.
  • Supports the social and emotional development of children.
  • Ensures communication and service coordination.
  • Maintains on-going monitoring / self-assessment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA credential preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
  • Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.
